Blanks & Custom Built Rods
Replacement or refund is limited to the cost of the bank only and does not include any costs incurred during the build process, any additional fees charged by custom rod builders, or components added to blanks. Prior to your build please take a few moments to check over your blank to ensure you are satisfied with it before you proceed with your build. If you are in any way unhappy with the quality of the product please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. You can do this via the “Contact Us” section on our website.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Here at Epic we like to make things simple, simple for you and simple for us. If you have an issue we'll make it right. We do not refund or exchange on sale items
Refunds
If you're not happy with any of our goods, return your purchase to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you've got old gear that you think has given up the ghost before it should, we'd like to replace or refund that, please let us know.
Returns & Exchanges
If it doesn't fit, got busted in transit, you really just don't like it, or for some strange reason we didn't mange to meet your expectations - please tell us and return the item for a full refund or exchange.
Fly Rod and Blank Breakages
Shit happens. sometimes Epic Shit happens. Rods get broken, tips get busted - we know this. We'll replace your broken section or replace your rod at our discretion. Simply each out to our team and we'll make sure you're back on the water in no time.
Epic Studio Built Fly Rod breakages
Replacement sections under warranty as above cost US$80 + shipping. This cost covers any section, tip to butt.
Custom Built Rod Breakages
Your first call should be to your custom rod builder. We'll support them with a replacement section. Replacement sections cost US$80 + shipping, blank only. This cost overs any section, tip to butt. Any additional cost to re wrap are between you and your custom rod builder. If you built your rod, you'll have to negotiate with yourself nicely.
