Filleting a Trout
We've been doing it wrong all along!
While we're all for catch and release, many anglers do take a fish now and again, if you do it's nice to be able to avoid any wastage of this precise resource.
We stumbled across this great clip from RedCastle Outdoors. In almost 40 years of fly fishing we had never seen a fish filleted precisely this way - so simple, and now that we see it - so logical!
